The Fluvanna Free Library is celebrating their 100 year anniversary in 2014. We plan several activities to celebrate this great accomplishment throughout the year.

 

Looking for a Place to Hold a Small Meeting?

As a public service to you, our library has a back room with tables. This would be a great area of our library for your organization to hold meetings. With several reference materials available at your fingertips, what better place to gather? Contact the library to reserve a date for your group! We can be reached at 487-1773.

Groups currently using the Library for their meetings;

Girl Scouts of Western New York Troop # 20294 (Cadet level) meet the first and third Tuesday of each month.

Brazilian B.A.B.E.S (Brazilian Art Beautiful Embroidery Stitches) meet the second Saturday of each month from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm.
Greeting Card Classes

A greeting card class for adults; meets 2 times a month at the library. Classes are offered the¬†second¬†Wednesday from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm and one Saturday of each month from 2:30 to 4:30, please call the library @ 487-1773 or stop in for more information. Pre-registration is required for each class and a kit will be ready for you with all supplies except your favorite adhesives. If you have ever wanted to try this fun paper craft, but didn’t know where to start then this class is for you.
You will leave with 2 beautiful cards complete with an envelope for mailing.

No juvenile card classes are offered at this time.
